- Construction--- hoist consists of motor, brake, drum, gear box, electric panel and travelling trolley.
- Motor --- motors are suitable for 3 phase 415v, 50 hz, ac supply
- Gears --- on needle roller the reduction gear train is mounted bearings in a dust proof oil bath housing
- Brake --- adjustable, self re-setting, electro-magnatic disc or shoe type.
- Wire rope --- extra flexible wire rope of 6x37 has been constructed
- Rope drum --- made of seamless steel pipe or fabricated steel plates
- Hook block --- on thrust bearing for free swiveling heavy duty steel forged hooks are supported.
- Limit switches --- to prevent over hoisting and over lowering limit switches are provided.
- Trolley --- electric trolley are supplied with the product.
- Testing--- all the hoist are tested for 25 % overload
